 | Welcome to YOUR Space- afternoon roundtable discussions created by YOU for YOU and YOUR colleagues who face YOUR similar challenges. Registered attendees will be polled to assess their biggest learning gaps/challenges in the weeks prior to the event. The conference organizers will then compile a list of the top 10 most popular issues, and develop roundtables specifically dedicated to these challenges. Attendees: At the end of each table discussion, attendees create posters based on their challenges and potential solutions. Each tables’ posters will be posted during lunch on Wednesday. But this is just the beginning of the conversation- poster summaries will be compiled and distributed to participants after the event to facilitate continuous performance improvement. |
